April 11-14

Dripping Springs, Texas

There is no better place to find grounding and healing than in nature! Treat yourself this spring to the serene, sun-baked beauty in the gateway of Texas Hill Country for our Trauma Rewired Retreat. Step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself in this 4-day immersive Nervous System Rewire experience. Nestled in the rugged hills and vast, sweeping landscapes of the Hill Country, you'll soak up the desert landscape—where ancient junipers sway in the breeze, the sky stretches endlessly above, while the desert’s stillness invites deep introspection.

Let go and
     be held

Facilitated by Jennifer Wallace and Elisabeth Kristof, co-hosts of the Trauma Rewired podcast and founders/educators of Neuro-Somatic Intelligence Coaching Certification, you’ll immerse yourself in daily practices designed to rewire your nervous system. You will learn and practice powerful NSI tools, somatic movements, meditations, and emotional processing techniques alongside two leading experts in the field of nervous system regulation. With Jennifer and Elisabeth’s direct mentorship, you’ll understand and experience the profound connection between your nervous system, mind, and nature, while you harness your body's innate ability to heal from trauma.
