Cancellation Policy

Please email hello@thenatureofmindbody.com to cancel. All deposits will not be refunded. Cancellations: Client Cancellation: Once the Retreat has been booked and Non-refundable Deposit received, any Client cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the entire Non-refundable Deposit, as these funds are used for COMPANY’s time and services, as well as non-refundable costs and reservation fees. Payment of the remaining balance is due prior to 30-days before the Retreat start date. Once payment in Full is received, the Retreat is confirmed. Your Full payment is non-refundable, but Your spot is transferable, but only upon unilateral approval by COMPANY. Should You (or We) be able to find a mutually agreeable replacement for Your spot, We will issue You a 50% refund (up to the deposit), applying 50% to COMPANY time, services and costs for such transition. However, should the spot remain vacant (which is at Our discretion) You will receive no refund. COMPANY Cancellation: While it makes all efforts to avoid any such situation, COMPANY may cancel a Retreat at any time up to thirty (30) days before the start date of the Retreat for any or no reason without any liability to You, and Your sole remedy is either a refund (less any non-refundable or unrecoverable third party costs or deposits) or the ability to book an alternative Retreat of similar cost (with difference of cost accounted for), if any are available. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. Force Majeure Cancellation or Rescheduling: COMPANY may cancel or reschedule a Retreat at any time prior to the start date of the Retreat if, due to terrorism, health pandemics, weather, natural disasters, political instability or other external events, it is not safe or viable for COMPANY to operate the planned itinerary. If We cancel Your Retreat, You can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or Retreat, if available, or receive a full refund of Your deposit, less any non-refundable or unrecoverable third party costs or deposits.
